The location of 65 – 67 Dublin Road contains a 10 storey building comprising ground floor cafe with mezzanine level, 58 apartments over 9 floors and ancillary space including basement, servicing and lobby areas and a ground floor restaurant. The Gallery went on to win the award for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors' (RICS) Residential Project of the Year 2017.

Services provided include a Dry Riser, LTHW systems, a central gas-fired boiler system, Heat-Interface Units, Heat-Recovery ventilation, space Heating, pump installation, boosted-cold water storage, sanitary-ware and fully-automated BMS Wiring installation.
