Providing a much-needed facility for the area, the existing building was refurbished anda new extension was added, allowing the hostel to contain 20 rooms. 

Services provided include LTHW systems, a central gas-fired boiler system, ventilation, space Heating, pump installation, boosted cold water storage, sanitary-ware and fully-automated BMS Wiring installation.
